1Booking and Payment

2Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellations by Customers
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or by email. The cancellation policy and any applicable fees or refunds will be specified in your booking confirmation. Please note that certain tours and packages may have non-refundable components.
2.2 Changes and Cancellations by Take1Trip
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or make changes to your booked tour or package, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will provide alternative options or offer a full refund of the amount paid, at our discretion.
3Travel Documentation and Insurance
3.1 Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for your trip to Sri Lanka. Take1Trip will not be held liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
3.2 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. Take1Trip shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your trip.
4Liability and Limitations
4.1 Limitation of Liability
Take1Trip acts as an intermediary between you and the various service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides. While we strive to ensure the quality and safety of our services, we cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, accidents, delays, or losses caused by third-party service providers.
4.2 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Take1Trip and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or services, or any violation of these terms and conditions.
